By accessing or placing an order with Your Packaging Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. We are not liable for errors in spelling, design, or dimensions once the proof is approved.
A slight variation (up to 10%) in color may occur due to printing limitations. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Production starts only after paying the coin and after signing the final proof. The duration of delivery will depend on the actual destination and product.
Shipping is done worldwide through reputed carriers. Your Packaging Company is not responsible for the delay caused on the part of the third-party carrier or by customs clearance.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Products are generally shipped flat unless otherwise requested.
Eligible orders qualify for reprints. A minimum return of 99% of the original product is required at (your own expense) within 30 days. Rush charges are non‑refundable.
All artwork and designs created by our team remain the intellectual property of Your Packaging Company unless otherwise agreed.
Files should be submitted in 300 DPI CMYK format. We are not responsible for print issues due to incorrect file formatting or low resolution.
